New Delhi:  In the row of Discussion of a Muslim woman (Protection of marriage rights) bill, i.e. on the draft of the triple divorce bill discussed in the Cabinet meeting on Friday at the first day of winter session of Parliament. This bills was the main agenda of the government in the winter session of Parliament .

 On the Parliament Triple divorces will be on three years in prison and approved on Dec 18 Monday.

The  group of minister, headed by Rajnath Singh, has drafted the bill after consultation. As  per the decision of Supreme Court in August, recommendation made on strict bills to included triple divorce as a crime.   

According to the news agency PTI, there is a proposal to impose a triple divorce on the draft bill for three years and a fine of up to three years. Now This will be considered as a cognitive and non-bailable offensive activity.
