Friday, British niche motorcycle manufacturer Triumph launched its vry new model Triumph Thruxton R, priced at Rs 10.9 lakh. However, Triumph Motorcycles India said in a statement that, the Thruxton R, powered by a 1,200cc engine, is one of the three motorcycles in the company's new Bonneville family of bikes available in India.
India Managing Director of Triumph Motorcycles Vimal Sumbly has said, combination of power, performance, and incorporation of contemporary technology will make the Thruxton R an attractive option for cafe racers riders in India.
Triumph Motorcycles India sells 15 global models in the country and has already sold close to 3,000 units in over two years of operations in India.
