WASHINGTON: The US Trump administration is not very enthusiastic about the arrest of Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan. He feels that this does not appear to be mischief on his terrorist activities. The Trump administration has said that Pakistan has already arrested Saeed but it has not affected Hafis Saeed or his Lashkar-e-Taiba.

US officials believe that Pakistan has arrested Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai attack, seven times so far, but was released every time.
