The best Post-Workout Smoothie~ Chocolate Whey With Peanut Butter


160ml skim milk (chilled)
13g oats
17g Chocolate whey powder
40ml water
1 medium Banana
2g peanut butter (homemade)
4g Honey
2g Almonds


1. Dry roast the oats in a pan for 5 minutes
2. Then add water and cook it for 5 minutes
3. Switch off the stove and allow the oatmeal to cool down
4. Blend the oatmeal, banana, chocolate whey powder, peanut butter, honey and milk together
5. Blend for at least a minute to ensure you have a homogeneous mixture
6. Pour the blended smoothie into the serving glass and serve with finely-chopped almonds
