Ingredients:

Rava - 1 cup (Semolina)

Curd - 1/2 cup (curd)

Onions - 1 (small)

Green Chilli

Ginger - 1/2 tspoon (finely chopped) (Ginger)

Carrot - 2 T Spoon (Carrot)

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp (Baking soda)

Coriander Leaf - 1 Table spoon (Coriander leaves)

Salt - according to the taste (salt)

Oil - According to requirement

Method:

Cut the onions and green chilies finely.

Now add rava, curd, baking soda, salt in a bowl. Now add little water and prepare the solution. The rava mixture should not be too thick. Now cover this mixture and keep it in the side for 15-20 minutes.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add chopped onions, green chilli, ginger, carrot, coriander leaves and mix them well in the Rava mixture. Now, take semolina mixture with one hand and put it in small portion in oil and fry it until it becomes golden brown. Samolina pakode is ready.
