Cumin can also be consumed to eliminate body fatigue with sleep, for this you can make and drink the cumin tea. To make cumin tea, fry one teaspoon of cumin seeds on a low flame for two to three seconds and then let it boil in a cup of water and let it cool. After that, filter it and drink it before bed at night, it will relieve body fatigue.
