Ingredients
Cooked basmati rice – 4 cups
Chopped boiled potatoes – 2 tablespoons
Chopped capsicum – 2 tablespoons
Chopped onions – 3 tablespoons
Red chilly powder – 2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Soybean oil – 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoons
Pav bhaji masala – 2 teaspoons
Method
In a pan heat oil
Add cumin seeds and let them pop.
Add ginger garlic paste and stir till the smell goes.
Add onions, capsicum. Stir and fry fro 1 minute.
Then add red chilly, turmeric, garam masala and pav bhaji masala powder.
Mix well
Add rice and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
