War broke out between two terrorist groups in Kashmir

In India, the Corona crisis is spreading very fast on one side. On the other hand, a new turf war has erupted between Pakistani terrorist groups in Kashmir - the newly formed 'The Resistance Front' (TRF), started by members of the Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen. Official sources told the media that Abbas Sheikh, a top commander of the Hizbul Mujahideen, has left his organization and joined the TRF.

On this matter, the Tehreek-e-Pupils Party on Friday released a hand-written poster claiming that its operational commander Abbas had left the Hizbul Mujahideen as he disagreed with the policy of killing Kashmiri policemen and civilians. According to sources, Abbas has gone completely underground. He is hidden from both Hizbul as well as the security forces defending themselves with the TRF.

Sources said that Abbas claims to have 12 active members and an unknown number of grassroots workers (OGW). However, TRF was quick to issue a statement on Abbas's defection on Friday. On a letter head with his Islamic Jihadi logo and the motto 'Resistance to Victory', the TRF said, "A few days ago we warned the Hizb to stop killing Kashmiri policemen or civilians."
