He is spending more and more time with books during the lockdown. Actor Gurmeet Chaudhary, who has appeared in films like 'Paltan', 'Reasons Tum Ho' and 'Khamoshiyan', is reading a lot of books these days.
He says that he has read so many books in the last three months that he has fallen in love with books. Due to attachment with books, his house is now covered with hell lot of books. His wife Debina Banerjee helps him in keeping these books organized. According to Gurmeet, he read several autobiographies including Paramahansa Yogananda's autobiography, Dr Tanushree Singh's book 'CV Raman: An Illustrated Story of a Life'.
Gurmeet's upcoming film 'The Wife' is a psychological thriller film. About fifty percent shooting has been completed. Gurmeet is also reading some other scripts. Recently, Gurmeet Chaudhary spoke to IANS about fitness. He had said, "Fitness has always been important for him. In the absence of a gym, yoga is the only way to keep yourself fit. I do Isha Kriya twice a day along with chanting Om. Yoga is like finding peace inside me. I have always been a fitness enthusiast. During the lockdown, it is necessary to remain fit with the body as well as the mind. That's why I have completely taken up yoga."
