Famous TV actress Sejal Sharma has been cremated in the presence of the family in Udaipur. She committed suicide on 24 January. Police had also received her suicide note from the scene of the incident. In this note, the reason for her suicide is being told as personal. Her mother's first statement came after Sejal committed suicide. After the news of her suicide, it was being said that she was under stress due to which she took this step. Her mother has reacted to the matter. As reported from the news, Sejal's mother denied the depression and said - 'She got the lead role. What happened after that, which embraced death. ' Sejal is survived by two other siblings in her family.

Sejal is originally from Udaipur and came to Mumbai a few years ago. She got her first break in the TV industry with the serial 'Dil To Happy Hai Ji'. In this serial, she was accompanied by Jasmine Bhasin in the lead role. She gave her response by posting the news of Sejal's suicide. Jasmine shared a picture of the set with Sejal. In this picture, the two are hugging each other. Sharing this picture, she wrote- 'I am very surprised and disturbed because Sejal was always a happy girl. We both had a very good bond.'

She further said, "I do not understand why she took such a step. That's too bad. I miss you a lot. I wish it had not happened." Apart from Jasmine, another close friend of Sejal's Nirbhay Shukla has revealed during the interview. Nirbhay while talking to a media reporter said- 'Sejal was under stress due to her father's poor health. I messaged her on 15 November and asked her to meet, and she told that she was going to Udaipur. When I asked the reason for this, she said that her father had a heart attack. Sejal's father was unwell for a long time. He was suffering from cancer. The news of the heart attack must have shaken her. I kept taking update from her. She had said that the condition of the father is improving. All was not well and then I got busy with my work.'
