As we all know that Diwali is near and people becomes more conclusions about their health especially the TV industry's celebs so, they have decided and take the swear that this Diwali they will only prefer healthy snacks and pay much attention towards their diet. And moreover, there are many telly town actors, who stick to a 'healthy' routine even during festivals. According to some reports when the famous TV celebs asked about what's the one healthy snack they swear by, and here's what they said...

Megha Gupta: Said that she love spinach and have it for the main ingredients like in omelettes, smoothies, stir-fried veggies and traditional Indian dishes. It is versatile and full of iron. Also, I like banana walnut cakes — they are healthy and tasty.

Mohammad Nazim: The Saathiya actor said that eating healthy is a big part of being an actor. Chicken and eggs are two food items that are both healthy and tasty. He loves to eat grilled chicken topped with masala.

Vahbiz Dorabjee: The beautiful actress of the small screen industry has said that "I love eating bhindi and mushrooms. I stir fry them with a spoonful of olive oil. They are not only healthy but also extremely easy to make".

Gauri Pradhan: Whose spouse we can see in a current season of Bigg Boss has said that " I love oats cooked in skimmed milk with a little honey. I also add some dry fruits to the mix. I am addicted to it — I can eat it any time of the day, though usually, I have it for breakfast. It is so easy to make".

Rohit Purohit: Last but not the least Rohit has an opinion that,  I love eating a boiled potato with fat-free yoghurt after I work out. Carbohydrates are a must for a healthy body and they give you energy.
