India's leading automobile manufacturer TVS introduced its Apache RR 310 BS6 in January this year. The price of BS6 Apache RR 310 has now gone up to Rs 2.45 lakh, which is Rs 5,000 more than before. TVS 'flagship model offering still retains its value-for-money portion, which is Rs 8000 less than the popular selling KTM RC390 in the segment. The full-faired Apache will come with BS6 version with new technology, more features and better refinement than the old model.

With the 2020 model, TVS has included many features in the Apache RR 310. In this, the company has given ride-by-wire technology which comes with four riding modes - Urban, Track, Sport and Rain. It has a new vertically mounted TFT screen for the instrument console, and it also has to ride telemetry with the new generation SmartXonnect Bluetooth system. In the bike, the company has also given Glide Through Technology Plus, which works quite well in the first and second gears, so that it can leave the clutch at speeds up to 10kmph in traffic without accelerating in cities.

Apart from this, similar new paint schemes and graphics have been made available in the 2020 TVS Apache RR 310 BS6. The engine has also undergone major changes. The motorcycle has a 313 cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected mill with 34 bhp power and 27.3 Nm of torque. You get full power on its track and sport modes. On rain mode, you get 25 bhp power and 25 Nm torque with a low output. The engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. TVS is currently working on the refinement and there are fewer NVH levels for the 2020 version than the older model. The Apache RR 310 has Michelin Road 5 tires that give it a good ride quality.
