In India, TVS Motor Company has temporarily discontinued its popular scooter Jupiter Grand. The company has also removed the scooter from its official website. The scooter was last updated in September 2019. The company has already updated the Jupiter scooter to BS6, so it is expected that the Jupiter Grand will also be updated to BS6 soon.

The Jupiter Grand is the only scooter in this segment that is equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled instrument panel. It has TVS Smart Connect Bluetooth, which can also be connected to a smartphone. There are many other features including calls, text notifications, over speed alerts, helmet reminders. All these features have been included in the scooter update in 2019.

Jupiter Grande is a better looking scooter than Jupiter scooter. It also features chrome highlights on the front fender, full-LED headlight, diamond-cut alloy wheels, maroon colored seats for a classy look, and rear-view mirrors. The Jupiter Grande BS6 109.7cc air-cooled is expected. The OHC will be equipped with an engine, which will generate a maximum of 8 PS at 7,500 rpm and 8.4 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. CVT gearbox will also be used in this.
