In Ujjain, two indivisuals were arrested for threatening a judge, regarding their friend who is probably stuck in a criminal case which has its proceedings running under the justice Jain.

As informed by Nanakheda police station HC Manoharlal, judicial magistrate first class, Vivek Jain, was in a theatre, for a movie outing with his family on Sunday evening. During the movie, Jain arose from his seat to reach the washroom. The two accused, Surendra Singh Rathore of Karohan and Sunny Singh Pateria of Saidham Colony, identified the judge and then followed him to the washroom.

Inside the washroom, the two clutched Jain’s collar and started to threaten Jain to give the judgement in their friend’s favour or they shall ruin the peace of his life.

On being intervened by the guard Deepak Binthor and one of Jain’s friend, Vipin, the accused entered into a brawl with the two and later fled.

Taking instant actions, the Dial 100 service was activated and the two were clutched near Mahamrityunjaya Gate.

The guard Deepak has filed a complaint against the two accused, for carrying banned arms, using obscene words publicly and trying to harm the public servant.
