Noida: two children were bitten by bees on Monday night in the Thana Phase 3 area of Noida City of Uttar Pradesh, leaving one child alive and the other in serious condition. The inspector-Incharge of Thana phase-3, Devendra Kumar Singh, has informed the matter on Tuesday that two brothers, Shady and Dev, were visiting the summer holidays in the Shiva-Shakti apartment in Sector 71.

According to the information, the two brothers were visiting the park near the colony with Nana-Nani at about 8 pm on Monday night. There was a honeycomb on a tree in the park. As soon as the children came out, the bees cut them.  The police station Incharge said that the two critically injured children were admitted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared seven-year-old dev dead.

Sandy remains in critical condition and is undergoing treatment. In a briefing, Singh said that the police rushed to the spot and informed the Forest Department officials about the Bee hive on the park tree. On which officers are taking action.
