The ongoing fight to establish a government in Tamil Nadu, AIADMK divisional factions are hitting each other by garnering supports from the party’s MLAs.

As per the latest reports, two more MLAs joined Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Panneerselvam’s faction, Thootukudi MLA Jayasingh Thiyagaraj and Vellore MLA B. Senguttuvan joined Panneerselvam, to support him to continue as a government.

Party spokesperson Ponnaiyan said, “O Panneerselvam is the only person who can lead the party, no one else can, including Sasikala Natarajan. In present situation, O Panneerselvam is the only person who has been with the party for so many years and assumed duty of Chief Minister twice,”
