There are continuous embarrassing incidents in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh. A similar case has come up. A new incident of misconduct has come to light from police personnel on duty in the city. The two men allegedly spit on the police personnel on duty when asked to question curfew and roam the city. According to the police, after the arrest, both the accused have been sent to jail on the orders of a local court. Rajiv Tripathi, in-charge of Sanyogitaganj police station, told the media on Wednesday that on Monday, two people were roaming through motorcycle in the city without wearing masks. Police personnel on duty at the cantonment intersection stopped them and asked why they were out of the house despite the curfew being imposed. Tripathi said, "During interrogation both the youths spit on the police personnel on the spot."

The police in-charge in this case further said that after this incident, the arrested accused have been identified as Jujer Hussain Javadwala (35) and Moiz Ali Javadwala (30). He said that an FIR has been registered against both the accused under Section 188, Section 269 and other related provisions. This report has been filed by an Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (ASI).

Tripathi also told that a city court rejected the bail application of both, after which they were sent to jail. Indore has become one of the most affected cities in the country due to the outbreak of Covid-19. The administration has imposed curfew in the urban border since March 25, after the coronavirus case came to light.
