In Saharanpur, for allegedly slaughtering buffaloes in Deoband area two persons have been booked under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act as per stated by police. The police have received a complaint on which they reached the place and took the action.
The SSP (rural) Vidhya Sagar Mishra as per the source news said '"Buffalo meat and instruments used for slaughtering were recovered from their possession"
A case under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act has been registered against the duo, he said.
