Pune: The court has sentenced life imprisonment to two persons who were found with fake currency notes in their possession.
Additional Sessions Judge P Y Ladekar pronounced the sentence after convicting Ramzan Sheikh (26) andRezarul Sheikh alias Nasaruddin Sheikh (20) of possessing the contraband.
Both of them were arrested by the Pune crime branch after they were found with fake Indian currency notes.The court has also imposed fine on each of them.
