Terrorists hurl grenade at police station in Jammu and Kashmir, two policemen injured

Srinagar: Terrorist attack on police at Sopore in Baramulla district of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, in which two policemen were injured. Giving information about this, the Jammu and Kashmir police has said that the terrorists threw a grenade at the police post near the Sopore bus stand. However, the terrorists plan failed and the grenade blasted out.

Recently, three unknown terrorists were killed in separate incidents of encounters in the Budgam and Shopian districts of Jammu and Kashmir. During the action, two police personnel also got to Veergati. Officials gave information about this on Friday. After receiving intelligence input about the hideout of the terrorists, the security forces laid siege to Janigam village in Beerwah area of Budgam district and conducted a search operation, officials said.

The CCTV footage of the terrorist attack has come out whose terrorists can be seen firing in the market with AK-47. The police is trying to identify the terrorist based on the video. The police is now running a search operation in the surrounding area.
