Chandigarh: A video is fast going viral on social media these days. In the video, two youths are seen in an inebriated state offering beer on the Shivling on the banks of the river. The Shivlinga is present on the banks of a river and the two youths are sitting near it holding cans of beer in their hands. After this, a young man offers the beer of the Shivling. The song 'Bhole Baba' is also playing in the background of the video.

In the video, while a young man is pouring beer from a can on a Shivling on the bank of the canal, the other youth was sitting on his side and drinking alcohol. During this time, both of them were also wearing shoes. According to the media report, the video was shot by one of the accused's accomplices. It is being told that both the youths are residents of Chandigarh. As soon as the video went viral on social media, there was a commotion.  

After watching the viral video, bajrang dal and bharatiya janata party (BJP) officials have lodged a complaint in this regard at it park police station. The groups that have lodged complaints have demanded strictest possible action against the accused youths. Police have started investigating the case. IT Park police station in-charge Rohtash said a complaint has been received in the matter. The complaint has been transferred to the cyber cell for investigation of the case.
