BENGALURU: Karnataka BJP on Wednesday condemned the beheading of a young leader for backing BJP politician Nupur Sharma and urged the nation to follow Yogi Adityanath's model in tackling religious intolerance.
In a media interview, State BJP chief Nalin Kumar Kateel said that the Yogi Adityanath model is necessary for the modern era. Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, must put his decisions into action. The nation is now experiencing renewed terrorist activity. It is shameful that a Hindu tailor was killed without mercy. In the same vein, Bajrang Dal activist Harsha was assassinated in Karnataka. Kateel said, Harsha's assassins in the state's Shivamogga district cut his throat and transmitted a video to his sister.
The situation in Rajasthan has an outside influence. Due to the state's Congress government's appeasement stance, such an occurrence had occurred. Why is Congress remaining silent? When instances like this occur, it is critical to understand the government's position, he insisted.
"The event in Rajasthan is a test for humanity. Planning murders and inciting violence are two signs that society is broken. Jihad, which justifies everything, is being practised. The events that took place in Kashmir are occurring outside of Jammu and Kashmir, Kateel said.
