Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has recently targeted those who raised questions about the performance of the Maha Vikas Aghadi government. Yes, on Sunday, he has targeted the BJP. During this, he said that "the opposition party is so busy trying to overthrow his government that it has failed to notice the various welfare measures of his government." He said all this while addressing a press conference on the eve of the winter session of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He took a dig at Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis for his statement that 'there are circumstances like' undeclared emergency 'in the state.'

During this, Uddhav Thackeray asked, 'If there is an undeclared emergency in Maharashtra, then according to the manner in which protesting farmers are being targeted in and around Delhi, there is a declared emergency in the rest of the country?' At the same time, he also asked, 'Is the showering of water on farmers in the cold winter a message of goodwill'. During this, Shiv Sena chief Thackeray criticized the efforts to 'discredit' the farmers' demonstrations without naming anyone.

He said, "BJP should decide whether the protesters are getting the support of Pakistan, China and Maoists. You buy sugar and onions from Pakistan. Now farmers will also start coming from Pakistan." Along with this he also said, "If Fadnavis says that the state government taking action against its critics is causing an undeclared emergency, then calling the farmers who are fighting for their rights as anti-national is worse than the emergency." Those who call Annadata (farmers) a terrorist are not fit to be called humans. ''

He further said, 'BJP is busy in trying to destabilize the state government and it does not see the work done by the government in the last one year. People have not got disenchanted with the MVA (Maha Vikas Aghadi) government.'
