New Delhi: After the cancellation of the CBSE and ISCE Board's 10th, 12th examinations, the chances of cancellation of the examinations of universities have started increasing. There is confusion among the students of university graduates and masters about the examinations. Most students are in a dilemma that the examinations will be canceled or the new exam dates and guidelines will be released?

Keeping in mind the dilemma of students and the current situation of coronavirus epidemic, University Grants Commission (UGC) will soon issue new guidelines regarding university examinations. It is believed that the UGC's new guidelines for university examinations may come this week. UGC chief in Rajasthan Prof DP Singh had said in an online meeting with the delegation of the All India National Academic Federation on 25 June that guidelines would be issued soon for the university examinations and the new academic session.

The students of the final year of Gujarat Technical University (GUT) have written a letter to the UGC a day earlier demanding that the examinations be canceled and the result of the previous semester examination or merit be released. Teachers of Delhi University also demanded UGC to cancel the university exam.
