Islamabad United defeated Karachi Kings to register their second consecutive win. Chasing a record target of 197, all payers gave their contribution before achieved the target in the final over. In this interesting match, there was one more interesting incident that happened with well-respected umpire, Aleem Dar.
Needing just one run in the final over, Islamabad completed the chase with a single. However, their celebrations were delayed by a couple of minutes as Karachi Kings decided to review for LBW. The replays clearly showed that the bat had hit the ball first, which meant that there was no error on the umpire's part.

Aleem Dar, who was on the bowler's end in the final over, couldn't hide his excitement after the 3rd umpire's decision and held a mini-celebration at his spot.
Alem is a veteran in his field and Kings' decision to challenge his call after the match had ended was a big surprise. The veteran umpire has now left PSL for international fixtures and will return in the second round of the league.
