USB DRIVE is the most portable medium for storing or carrying more DATA. Nowadays there are 128GB of storage in USB storage, in which you can store a lot of data. Under this, they are also affordable compared to hard-disk. 

After all technological plus points, there is a problem with USB drives. Many times it happens that the USB drive is not formatted on a Windows computer. Since it is an electronic device, it may be that the device has been corrupted or there is some flaw in it. If you have any such problem, then there are some easy tips to diagnose and fix it.

First scan the drive for errors check: Windows has a Built-in feature for checking for any flash drive errors. This attempts to fix errors by finding the bad sectors of the disk.

Open My Computer. Right-click on the USB drive and select Properties option.

Click the Tools tab from the top of the Properties page.

Click the Check Now option.

Next, select the option for the Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for an attempt recovery for bad sectors.

Click the Start button to begin the process.

End of process.

After the process finishes, try to format your device.

If the first way for you does not work with the help of

Run Command Prompt, the command prompt can be taken to format the drive. Connect the pen drive to the computer and note that the rest of the USB drive is connected to the computer at that time. Open the Start menu, and then type CMD. Right-click on it and run it with administrative rights. Then type ' DiskPart ; and press ENTER. Then the list of all the devices connected to the computer will come up. Note the number of the USB drive.
