In this case, the victim's mother-father has died, the minor girl's parents have already died and since then the child was living with the grandmother in the uncle's house.
The grandmother told the district child protection unit that for the last 6 months, the accused was raping a minor girl. Regarding the matter, the woman police station officer Seema Kumari said that on the complaint of the grandmother, a case has been registered against the accused.
