Bareilly: A businessman has embraced death because of high debt. One such case is from Bareilly in UP where a salesman died due under pressure of loan.

There was pressure to repay the loan: It has been learnt that Sanjeev, a resident of Vikas Nagar in Subhashnagar police station area, was a salesmen, which led to a loan of about Rs. 100,000 from biscuit distributors Sunil and Avinash. A few days ago, he had also borrowed 20,000 rupees from his brother. Due to which the distributor of the biscuit was pressurising him to make payments. The work was going on lightly due to lockdown due to which he was unable to repay the loan. Sanjeev committed suicide by consuming poison when he was deeply disturbed and could not see any way out.

Wife and a large family of three children: According to reports, Sanjeev is survived by his wife Soni Sharma and 3 children. Sanjeev's eldest son Dhruv is 15 years old Second son Prayag 13 years third son Ansh is 11 years old. Sanjeev's death has left his family in a state of grief. SP City Ravindra Kumar said the wife of the deceased Sanjeev has reported the loan. The body has been sent for postmortem.

It may be recalled that a few days ago, in Shahjahanpur also, a businessman killed himself for not being able to repay the loan along with his family. In Covid, a lot of people unemployed and a lot of people's trade has quadrupled. That is why, people are committed crimes.
