Many strange cases continue to come from the world, in the meantime, another strange case has come from the US. In fact, a person in New York has filed a legal request stating that he wants to marry his own child. This man also said that he wants to see the laws related to family incest ending because the decision to marry is a personal decision of any person. According to the report received, this person does not want to disclose his identity as his appeal to the court can be considered morally and socially hateful. However, he made it clear that his child is an adult. 

Neither this person nor his child's gender is exposed in the court papers. Apart from this, no mention has been made on the hometown and remaining details of these individuals. In this case, the parents also said that they want to propose to their child, but he is not able to do so due to fear of society. This parent said that he is afraid that if he marries his child, society can boycott him and in any case, he does not want to cause any problem to his child mentally or emotionally.

The person filed this petition in Manhattan Federal Court in the first week of April. He had also said that laws relating to the marriage of parents and their children should be declared unconstitutional as such cases are related to private autonomy. In the request sent to the court, this man said that marriage is a very special relationship between two people and should be seen as an expression of intimacy and spirituality. According to New York law, he can be sentenced to four years in cases such as marrying people of his own family.
