Patna: You may have been surprised to hear the "pillow" of gold, but two clever brothers came up with a unique method of smuggling that surprised even revenue officials. In Patna, the revenue department has detained two brothers who smuggled gold. In fact, two brothers, Rameshwar Bind and Ramdhani Bind, used to travel in different trains. They had a pillow of gold biscuits worth crores of rupees, not a cloth pillow to keep the pillows.

The two brothers used to board the train as normal passengers and smuggle gold. After receiving the intelligence inputs, when revenue intelligence officials arrived at Gaya Junction in Bihar in search of two brothers, they lost consciousness when they saw the gold pillow. Both the brothers are currently in the possession of the DRI team in Patna. They are under interrogation.

The officers of the department are also stunned after knowing the price of gold received from both the brothers. Officers are saying in a muffled language that Gaya gold, which is located at a distance from the capital of Bihar, has become a major transit route for smuggling. Ajay Prakash, RPF SHO of Gaya told reporters that a five-member team of DRI from Patna had reached Gaya railway station. The team had received information that a huge amount of gold was being smuggled through the Gaya route. The team of Revenue Department raided the Habra Indore Shipra Express and raided the bogie number S-7 of the train and started questioning the passenger Rameshwar Bind, who was lying comfortably at berth number 38. Everything went normal after the enquiry. The DRI team was constantly keeping an eye on Vindeshwar's belongings. Suddenly the team members asked Rameshwar Bind to show his belongings, after which three kilograms of gold in the form of biscuits was seized from Rameshwar Bind in search of the goods. Now the matter is being investigated.
