US surpass 12 million Covid 19 positive cases, people to avoid travel during Thanksgiving

The United States of America surpassed the  12 million deadly Covid 19 infections. WHO on Friday has said the number of people to have been diagnosed worldwide in the past four weeks total more than those diagnosed in the previous six months combined. One million Americans have been diagnosed of Covid 19 contraction over the past week, says the CDC. 

According to the John Hopkins University,out of 58 million people globally identified with the disease, 12,088.405 are from America. While 1.379 million deaths have been recorded, in the U.S. the figure stands at 255,850. The CDC has warned Americans to give up the travel, as the Thanksgiving holiday is nearby. As cases continue to increase rapidly across the United States, the safest way to celebrate Thanksgiving is to celebrate at home with the people you live with, says CDC. 

A warning on Gatherings with family and friends from other places can increase the chances of getting or spreading COVID-19 or the flu. A health organization has framed few questions person who wish to travel has to self-evaluate, if the answer is 'Yes' to nay of the questions then he/she may to reconsider the travel plans. The Health department has instructed people to celebrate Thanksgiving safely following all COVID 19 management protocols.
