US citizens are angry that their jobs are being outsourced to India, and Indian H1-B visa holders are being asked to do their jobs, thereby bringing in unemployment for them.

Situated in San Francisco, University of California has chosen to flame their whole IT division and outsource the employments to HCL in India.

Around 79 workers from the IT Department, has been given pink slips, out of which 49 were lasting representatives.

In spite of the fact that this is a little outsourcing venture, however, the matter has gotten steam since the University of California is a state funded college, and keeps running on citizens’ cash.
