The risk of COVID-19 continues to increase in India. On Wednesday, the limit of Unlock 4 is ending. In such a situation, it is being hoped that on Tuesday, the Unlock 5 guidelines can be announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Started from 24 March to stop the spread of COVID-19, the nationwide lockdown began to be phased out from the month of July after being implemented in phases.

Public places like malls, salons, restaurants, gyms have been opened in four stages of unlock. In the previous guidelines issued under unlocked four, children from 9th to 12th grade were conditionally allowed to go to school, open places like gym, yoga center. Overall, only the much-needed services have been approved, while entertainment venues such as cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, etc. have not been opened. The function of public function is also not allowed. At the same time, schools and colleges and trains have not been fully opened. In such a situation, their permission is expected in the guidelines coming under Unlock 5 today. However, there is no possibility of opening primary schools.

In fact, in the wake of festivals and assembly elections in Bihar, the hope of approving public events and meetings is very high. The Mamta Banerjee government of West Bengal even gave permission to set up a pandal for the Durga Puja festival. However, the Mamta government has also imposed conditions like keeping the pandals open from all around, applying masks to other people including devotees, organizers and keeping the sanitizer in place at the pandal. But the sternest condition is that no more than 100 people gather in a pandal at one time. In such a situation, the most hope is to open all trains from the Unlock 5 guidelines. Till now the Ministry of Railways is running special trains of counting, in which people have to make reservations for traveling from third class also. The same now is to see how much discount is available.
