CBI Court Allows Narco Test, Brain Mapping of Truck Driver, Cleaner in Unnao Rape case

Lucknow: CBI Special Judicial Magistrate Subrota Pathak allowed the CBI on Friday to conduct narco, brain-mapping and fingerprinting tests of the driver and cleaner of the truck involved in the road accident of the Unnao rape survivor.

According to information, on Friday, Deputy CBI SP Ram Singh had sought permission to conduct all the tests of the accused. He had said that all these tests of the accused are very important to discuss the matter. He passed the order on the plea of the CBI investigation team and the consent of the accused. It also ordered the handing over of the accused to CBI custody by 4 PM on 14th of this month.

In the Unnao rape case, Delhi's court Court has framed charges against the accused MLA Kuldeep Sengar in sections of rape,POCSO and kidnapping. Earlier, Kuldeep Singh Sengar was produced before the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi after a production warrant issued by the court that the court had ordered Sengar to be sent to Tihar jail. Kuldeep Singh Sengar is currently in jail in Tihar jail.
