New Delhi: Delhi's Tis Hazari Court is to hear the Unnao rape case today. The main accused in the case, Kuldeep Singh Sengar and accused Shashi Singh, will be produced before the court. Today there will be a debate on the charge. Earlier, Kuldeep Singh Sengar was produced before the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi after a production warrant issued by the court, after which the court had sent Sengar to Tihar jail.

The Supreme Court transferred the remaining four cases to the Tis Hazari Court except for road accident out of five cases. These 5 cases have been transferred to the court of District Judge Dharmesh Sharma. The Tis Hazari Court will have to complete the trial within 45 days. The case will be heard day-to-day in this case.

The victim has also been asked for the opinion of her family on her recruitment to AIIMS. The court had directed the Uttar Pradesh government to provide compensation of Rs.25 lakh to the victim's family. The court ordered the victim's family to provide CRPF protection. The court had also said that if the rape victim wishes, we can order him to airlift him from Lucknow to Delhi for treatment.
