New Delhi: Supreme Court heard  Unnao Rape Case on Friday. In the Unnao rape case, the Supreme Court has asked the lower court to set up a temporary court in AIIMS (AIIMS) on the advice of the Delhi High Court, so that the statement of the lawyer and the victim can be recorded.

The CBI has asked for 2 weeks time to file a charge sheet in the rape and road assistant case. Also, the CBI has sought more time from the Supreme Court to complete the investigation into the road accident. In the case of road accident, the Supreme Court has given 15 days more time to file the charge sheet. While the lower court has said that the trial cannot be completed in 45 days, so some more time should be given. The Supreme Court has told the lower court that according to the legal process, the trial should be completed.

The condition of the Unnao rape victim is now stable and the victim has lodged her statement with the CBI recently. He is admitted to AIIMS in Delhi, where the victim is undergoing treatment. For the information, let us know that after being injured in a car accident in NH-31 on July 28, the victim had given her statement before the CBI for the first time. The rape victim was going to Rae Bareli jail from Unnao in her car with her aunt, aunt and lawyer. At that time this horrific accident occurred in a middle way.
