Lucknow: The Unnao rape victim is on the ventilator as she has developed pneumonia which is causing mild fever, the King George's Medical University hospital, where she has been admitted, said on Saturday. On the other hand, the lawyer's position is constantly improving.

Unnao rape victim and her lawyer were admitted to Trauma Centre in critical condition after a road accident in Rae Bareli. He is constantly on the ventilator. On Friday, the victim was removed from the ventilator and examined for a while. She was unable to breathe during this time. As a result, he has been put on a ventilator again.  On Saturday, the victim suffered from pneumonia and high fever.

Kgmu's media in-charge Professor Sandeep Tiwari said that the condition of the woman patient is critical On July 28. The victim on the ventilator has contracted pneumonia. He is having a fever because of this. The blood pressure of the victim was also unchecked. Blood pressure has come under control after giving medicines in the evening. Efforts are on to control pneumonia. There is a slight improvement in the condition of the lawyer.
