New Delhi: The Unnao rape victim has gotten a big relief from the Supreme Court. The apex court has transferred the entire case to Delhi. In fact, the lawyer of the accused party had claimed that the victim had made fake papers to implicate Kuldeep Sengar. Not only this, he had reduced his age to prove himself a minor.

At the same time, the rape victim of Unnao had pleaded to transfer the case registered against her from UP to Delhi. The matter was heard by the apex court on Friday. The court shifted the case to Delhi. The victim had said in her petition that she was being tortured by registering a small case. On July 3, a non-bailable warrant was issued against the victim after she failed to appear before the court. The victim had filed a petition against NBW in the apex court. It was said that she was appearing in court in Delhi. However, a non-bailable warrant was issued. The petition had also sought a stay on the non-bailable warrant issued against the victim.

In 2017, Kuldeep Singh Sengar was accused of kidnapping and rape. The victim was a minor when the incident took place. The victim had shown the school's TC in court to give proof of her age. However, the counsel for the accused party had alleged that the TC was made fraudulently.
