Kabul: An emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) chaired by India was convened in view of the rapidly changing local situation in Afghanistan. India, which is leading the UNITED NATIONS Security Council (UNSC), said at the meeting that people at Kabul's Hamid Karzai International Airport appeared to be in a pathetic condition.
