Lucknow: The Congress party has come out with a separate manifesto 'Recruitment Legislation' for the youth in the UP assembly elections. Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka issued the recruitment legislation on Friday. The Congress is focusing on women and youth in these elections. Rahul Gandhi released the manifesto saying that the Congress party is presenting the youth manifesto here today. The idea is that the future of the youth of Uttar Pradesh is not a hollow word, how we will provide you employment. That's what we wrote in this manifesto. To make these manifestos, the party has held discussions with the youth of Uttar Pradesh and put their aspirations in it. The PM had said that we will provide two crore jobs annually to the youth of India but you know what is happening.

At the same time, Priyanka Gandhi said that it is a manifesto prepared in consultation with the youth of Uttar Pradesh. For this, our team has interacted with the youth of the entire state. This is why the recruitment legislation has been called. Because the biggest problem is recruitment. Priyanka Gandhi said that we will give jobs to 20 lakh people. He explained that the enthusiasm of the youth has been shattered. We want to give confidence to the youth how we will restore their trust, how we will help them in providing employment. Priyanka Gandhi said that there are five sections in this recruitment legislation that address the different difficulties faced by the youth. 1.5 lakh vacant posts will be filled up in primary schools. Vacant posts in departments like secondary, higher education, police etc. will be filled up. He said all vacant posts in Sanskrit teachers, Urdu teachers, Anganwadis, ASHAs etc. will be filled up. Fees will be waived for all examination forms to restore the trust of the youth in the recruitment process and bus, train travel will be free.

At the same time, Priyanka Gandhi further said that an examination calendar will be issued which will record recruitment advertisements, exams, appointment dates and strict action will be taken in case of violation. There will be social justice observers for each recruitment to prevent the reservation scam. He said new opportunities will be provided for the employment of the youth. A world-class institute for sailors and Nishads will be set up in which they will be trained. The youth of the most backward community will be given loans at the rate of 1 per cent interest to start their own business. Then, in response to a question, Rahul Gandhi said that we are confident that India needs a new vision. The vision presented by BJP in 2014 has completely failed. Today only BJP people are saying that something is wrong somewhere.
