The board examination is being conducted with transparency and strictness in the state by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education Authority to preserve the confidentiality of the examination. With this, a day before the completion of the board examination, 400 imitators have been arrested across the state and an FIR has been lodged against 233.

The board examinations started from February 18, 2020, and more than 2 lakh students left the exam in the first two days.
Approximately 56 lakhs have been registered for UP Board Examination 2020 (in which more than 30 lakh 10th and 25th 12th students are registered).
More than 21 thousand candidates of class 10 have registered under a private category, while for class 12, more than 70 thousand have registered under the private category.
The 10th board examinations were scheduled to end on March 3, 2020, and intermediate examinations on March 6, 2020. But for some reason, the board extended the exam date
Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath had assured that this year UP board examinations will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, so many new arrangements and strict rules were implemented this year.
