Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, the Samajwadi Party (SP) is trying to restore its lost throne. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav will once again visit the state on October 12 riding a chariot. Through the Rath Yatra, Akhilesh will be seen setting up a political agent for the assembly elections to be held four months later with an atmosphere against the BJP and yogi government in UP.

Talking about Akhilesh's Rath Yatra, SP spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary said that SP chief Akhilesh Yadav is scheduled to launch the 'Samajwadi Vijay Yatra' from Kanpur on October 12 to overthrow the inhuman government in the state. He said the purpose of the visit was to make people aware of the corrupt, autocratic and repressive policies of the BJP government. Chaudhary said Akhilesh's visits are to get rid of the BJP government in the state.

Former CM Akhilesh Yadav has also issued a written statement on the Rath Yatra. He has said that the 'Samajwadi Vijay Rath Yatra' is for the dignity of justice and women in the state. Akhilesh Yadav has said that he himself should lead the Vijay Rath Yatra for job employment for the youth, instilling confidence among the poor, the underprivileged, minorities, backward and Dalits.
