U.P Minister Mahendra Singh conducts aerial survey on flood-affected areas in Pilibhit

In the wake of heavy rains that have hit Pilibhit and the Bareilly districts of Uttar Pradesh, the States Jal Shakti Minister Dr. Mahendra Singh conducted an aerial survey of flood-affected districts in the state's Pilibhit district. Over the past two days, heavy rains have hit Pilibhit and the Bareilly districts of Uttar Pradesh.

According to a tweet by the minister, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered to hold a meeting with district officials and public representatives and carry out relief work with total readiness, after conducting an aerial survey of the flood-affected areas. Heavy rains lashed Pilibhit and the Bareilly districts of Uttar Pradesh over the last two days.  It was on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that an aerial survey of the flood-affected areas is being conducted, according to reports.

Moreover, According to the Indian Meteorological Departments senior scientist, Naresh Kumar, heavy rainfall is expected in isolated areas of Western Uttar Pradesh on October 23 and 24.
