Lucknow: Online exam for admission in Polytechnic Institutes will be held on September 15. All rooms, computers, Tables and chairs will be sanitized before the exam starts in both shifts. The candidates are prohibited from bringing purse and jewellery to the Exam centre. There will be a thermal screening of candidates before entry into the Exam centre. 

46,443 students registered themselves for the online examination of joint admission exam 2020 in 23 cities of the state. In the capital Lucknow, 7,675 students have registered for the exam. The first shift will be from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The Secretary, Entrance Examination Council SK Baishya said that under the guidelines issued in the wake of the pandemic, students have been ordered to bring masks and sanitizer.

He further said that if there is any error in the admit card of the students, they can rectify it at the Exam centre. The students at the Exam Centre have been instructed to bring two copies of the admission letter and a self-declaration. If the picture on the admission letter is not clear, the students will have to bring two colour photos. They have to reach the Exam centre one and a half hours ago. All safety rules will be taken care of, and all kinds of facilities will be available.
