Sultanpur: A father has kept his son's body in a deep freezer for 14 days in Sultanpur in the country's largest state UP. He said that the son has been killed. The father knocked on the doors of all the higher authorities for justice, but justice wasn't done, he kept the body of his deceased son in the deep freezer for 14 days and has now taken refuge in court.
The entire case is of Saraiya Mazova village of Garbage Police Station in Sultanpur district. Shivprasad Pathak was a subedar in the Army. After retiring, he came to the village. Shiv Prasad Pathak is survived by his wife as well as two sons Shivank, Ishank, and two daughters Sunita and Poonam. The father has married both the daughters. Eldest son Shivank worked at a call center in Delhi in 2012. Meanwhile, Shivank along with a man opened a company called Taxigo in Delhi on April 24, 2012. The company's partner had appointed Gurleen Kaur, a girl from Delhi, as HR.
Shivank is said to have married the same girl in 2013. It is alleged that Shivank had a lot of property in his name which was under the scanner of the girl. Meanwhile, his brother Shivank died in a suspicious condition in Delhi on August 1, 2021. Shivank's father is calling it a murder. Shiv Pratap Pathak says that the son was reported to SHO Begumpura Delhi but the police did not register a case and the body was handed over to him after postmortem.
