The crimes against women are increasing day by day in the country. In a yet another shocking and shameful incident from UP. A woman was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car on the Yamuna Expressway. The women rented a cab to Firozabad. She was raped by the cab driver and other two men in the middle of the route.

As per the information, Three people, including the driver of the cab, have been arrested in connection with the case. As per the women’s complaint she alleged that she had boarded a cab from Noida Sector 37 to Firozabad at around 8:30 pm.  When they reached Yamuna Expressway, the accused started to harass the woman. They reached Agra’s Kuberpur area around 1 am and stopped the vehicle. After this, they took the woman behind bushes and raped her till 4 am.

After raping the woman the accused then made the woman board an auto rickshaw, while they themselves left for Firozabad. The woman got down at Etmadpur in Agra and went to a police station at 7am and narrated her ordeal. After the woman’s complaint, a police team reached the expressway and recovered toll footage.

Based on her complaint the police identified the vehicle and arrested all three men accused of raping the woman. Agra Police Commissioner Dr Preetinder Singh said that a case has been registered on the basis of the woman’s complaint. All the three accused have been arrested. As of now police have arrested all three accused and further investigation is going into the matter.
