Mirzapur: Apart from the corona epidemic, many kinds of cases are coming out of the country every day. Three innocent children drowned in a pit while taking bath in Mirzapur city of UP on Saturday morning. All three died on the spot. And the bodies of the three have been recovered. Police reached the spot and started the investigation.

On Saturday morning three children drowned while taking a bath in a pit filled with water during mining in Chiraiya area of Ahraura police station area of Mirzapur city. The three of them belong to the same family, resident of Chakjata Sonpur village. On receiving the information, there was chaos in the family. In Lalpur Adhwar village Chiraiya Mauja, huge pits have been built during the mining. During the rains, these pits on the hill have been converted into ponds.

On Saturday morning, two girls (12) Radhika, Khushboo (5) and son Kazu (6) resident of Chakjata village, went to bathe in the water-filled in the mining pit. The three children drowned in the pit while taking a bath. People around made noise when they saw children drowning. Attempted to save them, but they failed. On the information of the villagers, the family also reached the spot and informed the police.
