Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Health Department is scheduled to get 313 more specialist doctors on Sunday and this will address the shortage of specialist doctors in state hospitals. State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will provide appointment letters to these specialist doctors selected from the Public Service Commission on Sunday. Call letters have been sent by the department to 313 doctors.
The Yogi Adityanath government in the state claims that health services in the state have improved a lot. Hospitals have been upgraded and new hospitals have been built after the second wave of the corona. Nine new medical colleges have also been launched in the state recently where doctors have been posted. With this, the recruitment process of para-medical staff in the new medical colleges of the state has also started.
CM Yogi Adityanath has said that there is a need to expedite the ongoing vaccination program in the state and for this take the cooperation of the Chief Medical Officer, village chiefs and councillors and fulfil the target of vaccination as soon as possible. In the meeting of Team 9 on Friday, CM Yogi Adityanath asked to speed up the corona vaccination and said that for this a door-to-door survey should be done.
