Lucknow: The corona epidemic has created a lot of panic in the country amidst the uncontrolled pace of corona infection, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has made a big announcement for the front-line personnel of the health department. Chief Minister Yogi said that a 25 percent additional amount will be given to doctors and nursing staff serving in the hospital for corona service days.

CM Yogi Adityanath said the government is taking all necessary steps to break the chain of corona infection. He said the current strain of corona is constantly changing. Some cases of corona have seen that the corona test is also not confirming the infection, while CT scans show that the lungs are affected by corona. In such a situation, there is a need to work with greater vigilance.

Yogi Adityanath said that the duty of all health workers, doctors, paramedical staff, housekeeping staff, sanitation workers, ASHA and Anganwadi workers, etc. The Government will provide an additional honorarium for the promotion of such personnel. According to the Government, doctors, nursing staff serving in hospitals will be paying an additional 25% of the current salary/honorarium for corona service days. Similarly, an additional honorarium will also be provided to other corona Warriors. This additional honorarium will also be given for their isolation period after duty.
