Bhumi Pednekar impresses the audience with her acting ability in her debut movie Dum Laga Ke Haisha and after that, the actress gave many hits like Subh Mangal Savdhan and Toilet: ek pream katha opposite Akshay Kumar. And guess what Bhumi is again going ti see in next movie Son Chiriya opposite Sushant Singh Rajput directed by Abhishek Chaubey, Son Chiriya also  Manoj Bajpayee. In the movie, Bhumi plays a desi woman from the 1970s Chambal valley. 
 
Recently we come across the first look of Bhumi from Son Chiriya and her desi badass look with a rifle on her shoulder will leave you intrigued as she lets go of her glamour avatar. Meanwhile, for Son Chiriya, Bhumi will speak in the native language Bundelkhandi and to get her character pitch perfect, the actor learned the local dialect for about two months. 

 
A source close to the project said that Bhumi is a committed actor who wants to get every nuance of her character right. She has been learning Bundelkhandi and has perfected it. She has been working with a diction teacher as well as local actors to get the language spot on. 
 
Recently, the team wrapped the shoot of the movie and Bhumi had taken to Instagram to show her gratitude for being a part of the movie.
